Phase 1: $500,000
By December 31st 2025
This first milestone is foundational. These funds will allow us to:
Purchase the one-acre pad site adjacent to our building
(Currently under contract for $330,000)
Make a $200,000 down payment
on a $2 million construction loan that will fund our full interior expansion
Reaching this target by the end of 2025 positions us to begin construction and secure long-term lending.
Phase 2: $500,000
By Easter of 2026
This second goal funds the start of construction of our expanded parking lot, which will:
Add approximately 100–120 new parking spaces
Increase our Sunday Gatherings capacity by up to 900 people each weekend
The total cost of the parking lot is $650,000. This phase ensures we can welcome the growth God is bringing and have the lot completed in time for our 10 year anniversary.
Phase 3: $500,000
By September 13th 2026
The final portion of the campaign will:
Cover remaining construction costs
Complete the full interior expansion including classrooms, auditorium seating, creative spaces, and the basketball gym
Ensure the entire project is finished and operational
Total: $1.5M
By our 10 Year Anniversary
A fully built-out facility with 24,000 additional square feet
A completed parking lot to support expanded services
The ability to launch new ministries such as our Mother’s Day Out program, expand capacity for Wake Kids and Wake Youth, and serve our city with greater reach and intentionality.
